ORDER

Is there a minimum order?

No, there is not. You can order as little as one single slice.

Can I pre-order for a future date?

Yes, absolutely. Your order will be delivered at your chosen date and delivery slot.

Can I still order through WhatsApp ?

Unfortunately, the only way to place an order is through our website. However, our WhatsApp agents are ready to assist if you face any problem placing an order through our website.

When will you process my order?

Your order will be processed upon receipt of full payment.

Do you have ready-stock for me whenever I walk into your store?

Yes, we do have ready-stock at our Sunway Pyramid store.

However, we carry limited quantity of whole cakes at the store, so we suggest you pre-order at least one day before to avoid disappointment.

PAYMENT

Is cash-on-delivery (COD) available?

Unfortunately, cash-on-delivery (COD) is not available.

Can I made payment by bank transfer?

No, bank transfer is not acceptable for website order.

How can I make payment?

We only accept payment via credit and debit card. In order to offer the best security, all our payments are processed securely via e-payment gateway iPay88.

DELIVERY

Is your delivery service available everyday?

Yes. Our delivery service is available everyday from Monday to Sunday including public holiday from 10AM-6PM.

Where do you deliver?

Our delivery coverage is within KLANG VALLEY only.

Does Legasea Bakery charge for delivery fee?

Yes, we do. The delivery fee is based on your location. You may check your delivery fee upon checkout.

What if I am not located in Klang Valley?

You may contact us via WhatsApp for assistance. We will try to coordinate with our logistic if your address meets our delivery and handling policy to provide you with a special delivery. If you accept the quoted delivery charges, we will proceed your order.

When will Legasea Bakery deliver my order?

All online orders will be delivered within your preferred time slot.

There are 3 delivery slots available:

A : 10AM-2PM

B : 2PM-6PM

F : 10AM-6PM

Please note that:
*Order for any payment BY 2PM will be delivered the same day between 2PM-6PM.
*Order for any payment AFTER 2PM will be delivered the next day/future date.

Can I opt for self-collection?

Yes, you may. Self-collection is only available at our Sunway Pyramid store Legasea Bakery LG2.96B from 10AM to 10PM daily. Opening hours may vary during any Movement Control Order.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered within your preferred delivery time slot provided that the road/weather conditions are permitting. Therefore, Legasea Bakery is unable to guarantee an exact time of delivery.

Can I specify an exact delivery time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee an exact time of delivery.

You will have the option to select your preferred delivery time slot upon checkout.

The time-slots are:

A : 10AM-2PM

B : 2PM-6PM

F : 10AM-6PM

Who will deliver the product?

Our products will be delivered by our appointed third-party logistics company.

How can I make payment?

We only accept payment via credit and debit card. In order to offer the best security, all our payments are processed securely via e-payment gateway iPay88.

What information does Legasea Bakery request from you for delivery purposes?

We required customer to provide recipient name, full address to the exact unit number, floor number, full street name, city, state, postcode and contact number to ensure a successful delivery.

What if I didn't receive my order on time?

If your order is not delivered within your chosen time-slot, please contact us immediately through WhatsApp. Our team will assist you as soon as possible.

We will not take any responsibility for the late delivery due to adverse weather conditions, incomplete or incorrect information provided by you and any other causes beyond our reasonable control.

What if I received a damaged product?

In the event of a damaged product upon delivery, we suggest you contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Our team will be in touch with you to investigate the case and to find a suitable solution or replacement based on your order.

What if my order was delivered to a wrong address?

We will arrange another delivery if it is found that the mistake was caused by us. However, we will not be held responsible for any mistake provided by the customer such as an incomplete address, incorrect contact number, unreachable recipient or any other incorrect details.

Can you re-arrange delivery for me if my order was delivered to a wrong address?

Yes, re-delivery can be arranged with additional charges.

RETURN

Can I return the product?

As we deal with food, hygiene is of utmost important therefore all goods received are not returnable or refundable even if it’s unopened.

Recipient is suggested to check the goods in acceptable condition upon receiving.

REFUND

Can I get my refund If I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, order and payment made are not refundable.

Can I get my refund if my order is damaged?

To be eligible for refund, you must report your case within 4 hours upon delivery of your order and it is subjected to an investigation by our customer support team.

If a complaint is made more than 4 hours after the delivery, we will not be responsible for any refund or exchange.

Can I get my refund if I received a wrong product?

Are your cheesecakes certified Halal?

All of our products are certified Halal and JAKIM-approved.

What products do you have?

Legasea Bakery carries a variety of cheesecakes from The Cheesecake Factory Bakery®. All of our products are freshly made in the USA and exported to us. For more details please refer to our menu.

How do I store the cheesecake when I received it?

Our cheesecakes are best served chill. To store for later consumption, we suggest that you store in refrigerator. Best consumed within 5 days.

When will the sold-out items be available?

Due to many factors related to import and export, we are unable to provide an accurate respond. However, all latest information will be updated on our official social media channels and website for your reference.

What are the sizes of your cakes?

Slices cut from 8-inch and 10-inch cheesecakes as well as 10-inch whole cakes (14 pre-sliced in the USA).

Can I include writings on the cakes?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to write any message on cakes as our whole cakes already pre-sliced and sealed in the USA.

Can I request for note/message card?

Yes, most definitely! We provide a note upon request with no extra charge. You may fill your message at the “Checkout” page, under the “Note” column.

Is candle provided with the cake?

Yes, candle are provided for free upon request at the Checkout page.

Can I requests for more candles?

You may request for the number of candles at the Checkout page. However, this is subject to availability.
